The Glamour, Glamour. Glamour

THE GLAMOUR

Asher Gray and Richard Galling hail from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 1999 they began producing and DJing together. They took influences from Cassius, Daft Punk, Fred Falke, Alan Braxe, and Dj Falcon to Dimitri From Paris and Etinne de Crecy. A “DIY” electro sound with nods to popular and underground music of the 1970’s and 1980’s, which heavily influenced the direction their production.

The duo is now in the process of working on their debut album, Here you will hear The Glamour starting to make more specific references to classic Techno and House, with further nods to Disco and Funk.

The two tracks i am putting up aren't as funky their old stuff, their a bit heavier. (just like strez air likes it)

'Slicker cities' as slick as they come

Slicker Cities. Just plain cool!

Producer Al White is the creative figure behind Slicker Cities, he takes inspiration from Fred Falke, Moulinex and Alan Braxe to name a few. His new disco house style is really fun and fresh, Old 80’s samples and solid house production is what Slicker Cities is really based around. Al is a Sydney based Dj/producer, look out for him in the clubs because he should be hitting some gigs up soon.

Frisky Disco

Frisky is a producer from Edinburgh/London.
I have been sitting on these tracks for a while now and I am starting to really like them.
Both these tracks are disco house with, solid bass and funky pads synths’ really fun and heading towards the new disco feel.
'Baby its easy' is more funkier and 'sleaze machine' is a bit more minimal with a heavier synth sound.

Enjoy....
